Breastfeeding- Talk by Dr. Vandna
World Breast feeding week is an annual celebration which is held every year from 1st August to 7th August. Rotary is also celebrating same. The Rotary club of Dharamshala organised a talk on breast feeding in health centre Darnu on 07-08-2023. Dr. Vandna District programe officer from CMO office was the main speaker. About forty eight young ladies from nearby villages were present and participated in the talk. Dr. Vandna told the ladies importance of breast feeding and how breast milk helps the baby to reduce the chances of diarrhoea,ear infection and lung infection.
