Tobacco Control Awareness Seminar
Today on 12 Sep, 2023 Rotary club of Dharamshala organised a seminar to generate awareness on Tabacco control and COTPA act 2003 in the office of Superintendent of police Kangra at Dharamshala.Dr. Vandna District Programe officer from CMO office Kangra and ASP Kangra at Dharamshala were the main speakers.Dr Vandna explained about the type of Tobacco items used by the public and their side effects. She also explained various provisions contained in the COTPA act.ASP Kangra also shared his experience and stressed upon the audience to watch the activities of their children and guide them to keep away from drugs etc. Thanks to the rotarians present in the seminar.
