ROTARY CLUB HOSHIARPUR CONCLUDED FORTNIGHT OF EYE DONATION BY ORGANISING A EYE DONATION & CORNEAL TRANSPLANT SEMINAR AT ARORA EYE HOSPITAL & RETINA CENTRE, JALANDHAR
RC Hoshiarpur Mid Town concluded the Fortnight of Eye Donation by organizing a seminar on Eye Donation at Arora Eye Hospital & Retina Centre, Jalandhar. Mr. Susheel Rinku, MP from Jalandhar was Chief Guest, Dr. Sushma Chawla, Dr. Charanjit Singh & Dr. Harister were guest of honors. Dr. Amandeep Arora welcomed all guests & patients present at the function & explained the importance of eye Donation in Corneal Transplant. Rtn. Manoj Ohri Chairman of project Gift of Sight reported that more than 50 Transplant successfully performed by Dr. Amandeep Singh Arora free of costs for needy patients. Rtn. Parveen Palial Co Chairman of Project reported that our club has performed 350 transplants free of costs for Corneal Blind patients belonging to different states of India.A special mementos & flower buccans were given to chief guests & guest of honors.
