Rotary Club Hoshiarpur Midtown (26559), Rotary Distt.3070 alongwith Plano Metro Rotary Club, Plano, Texas, USA enlightened the eyes of 2 corneal blind patients Santosh w/o Kulwant Singh 48 years old of Badesh, Gurdaspur, & Soma Rani w/o Bishaen Singh Hussainpur, Kapurthala, Punjab under Flagship Project Corneal Transplant "Mission Gift Of Sight" of the Club. Corneal Transplant was done by Dr. Amandeep Singh Arora of Arora Eye Hospital & Retina Centre, Link Road, Jalandhar under MOU signed between the Rotary Clubs & Arora Eye Hospital & Retina Centre, Jalandhar Corneal Transplants are done totally free of cost of operation, Cornea and cost of medicines for the patients. It is 348 & 349TH Corneal Transplant By the Rotary Clubs under its Flagship Project “ Mission Gift of Sight”
