Mentsural Hygiene Talk
On 17th Oct, 2023 Rotary club of Dharamshala organised a talk on mentural hygiene in senior secondary school Khanyara. Dr. Vandna District Programe officer from CMO Kangra office was the main speaker. She told to the adolescent girl students of the school that mentural hygiene is key in promoting good health,wear light weight breathable clothing. She also told that good menstrual health and hygiene practices can prevent infection,reduces odors and help to stay comfortable during periods.The sanitary Napkins pads were also distributed to more than hundred adolescent girl students.Thanks to Dr Vandna, Sh Pradeep Sharma principal and rotarians present during the talk
