Maternal and Child Health Care awareness Camp
On 26 July 2023, Rotary Club Sundernagar organized one day Mother and Child Health Awareness Camp at Civil Hospital Sundernagar, under the supervision of Mr. ML Mahajan (President) and Ajay Kapoor (Secretary). Dr. Chaman Thakur (Child Specialist), and Dr. Alok, Gynae Specialist urged everyone present at the event that in order to achieve the global goal of improving maternal health and saving lives of women, we need to reach out to those who are at high risk, such as women from rural areas, urban slums and poor households. Around 40 Rotarians were present in the event and contributed significantly to its success. Juice, biscuits and bananas were distributed to all the children and mothers by Club.
