ROTARY CLUB HOSHIARPUR MIDTOWN DISTRIBUTED SHOES IN TAKHNI, FOREST VILLAGE IN HOSHIARPUR DISTRICT
Rotary Club Hoshiarpur Mid Town visited the TAKHNI village of Kandi Area in Distt. Hoshiarpur. Members of the Club & organizers of Mission K3 “ Kudrat Ka Karavan”. . Club members with the object of help in achieving the goals of Mission K3, met the villagers to know their life and day-to-day problems they face. Project Chairman Dr. Amandeep Singh explained the Goals of Rotary and how this organization can help in the development of this area. Club distributed more than 45 pairs of shoes, socks, Copies & other stationery items to the students of a Tuition Centre run under Mission K3. Members also visited the forest area of Kandi & enjoyed the Nature with listening the chirping of forest birds, sound of wind mangled with the leaves of trees, reminding the poems of Great Poet William Wordsworth.
