Eye Cataract Surgery
Rotary Club of Dharamshala, in association with Tibetan Delek Hospital organized a three Day Free Eye Check-up and Cataract Surgery Camp in Dharamshala from 25/27 December, 2023. A Special Team of Docotors/Surgeon came from Japan to do the screening and conduct cataract Surgeries. The camp was inaugurated by Club Charter Secretary and Literacy Core Advisor RID 3070 Rtn. Dr. Vijay Sharma. On First day of the camp 400 patients were screened and given advice on the proper eye care and 54 patients were selected for cataract Surgery. Next two days all 54 patients were successfully operated on for Eye Cataract. High Quality Lenses were provided to all 54 patients. All medical care, two day accommodation and meals were provided free of cost to all patients.
